Steve and Terry and two of the most helpful people I’ve ever met. My 1948 Rolls broke down 100km away and they stayed open late and after hours for NRMA to drop off my car in their secure yard. Steve then dropped me at my hotel in town. They then spend hours trying to help fix the car next day. And then happy to hold the car for nrma to collect again. Wonderful people.

I can only rate the work, warranty and effort by Opposite Lock/Autobarn as being excellent.I originally had an Anderson plug and Tow Pro installed on my wife’s car a few months ago, and due to an unfortunate installation mistake there was a fault that saw us in a bit of strife. OL/Autobarn were very quick to respond, and as soon as they assessed their own liability organised vehicle repairs. The team worked through the night, ensured my family was transported safely to where we needed to go (2 hours out of Wagga) and made sure the repairs were done to an outstanding degree.To be blunt, people often won’t go back to a business after a mistake has been made.In this case, the efforts that were made by Steve, the manager at OL/Autobarn, Mitch and the rest of his staff were well beyond my expectations. Their level of work to get us on the road and make us feel safe was mind blowing.Due to this trust in their work, I knew that I’d be back. In fact, I recently went back and had a bull bar, driving lights, UHF radio, canopy, dual battery and electrical, fire extinguisher, inverter, tow pro plus harness, and Anderson plug fitted to my new Ford Ranger days prior to a 3000km plus drive from Wagga to Esperance. All of the installations were immaculate, exactly how I wanted and very competitively priced. The new rig hasn’t had an issue after The knowledge and work ethic of their shop staff, manager and their new installer are excellent and I’d be more than happy to recommend anyone to go there. Easy to deal with, professional demeanour, happy to discuss and provide accurate advice and will listen to your needs for installation. 10/10

Absolutely fantastic customer service!! I was served by Serena , she was new and told me she was learning the job. She couldn't be any more helpful and was an absolute pleasure to deal with, just so engaging and then to top it off Daniel offered to fit my new wheel covers for me which was a total bonus. It was such great service I couldn't recommend them highly enough

Coupa gave me fantastic advice on a new head unit to replace the radio in our new Winnebago Iluka. We’re oldies and love our CD’s and the Kenwood unit is perfect. He priced the Kenwood unit very competitively and after installation today we’re happy campers. Thanks Coupa! Shout out to Steve as well, organising an early installation date and also giving me right advice, which he always has, including how to fix a sunlight issue in the motorhome for which AutoBarn can’t fix, how handy is that!
