Pretty standard service, but the cleanliness of the dining area wasn't great. It's small enough as it is without having to remove the previous diners pile of rubbish for them.

I have travelled to many kfc establishments around the country. This is by far the worst, much worse than Moonie Ponds in Victoria. (Dishonourable mention for being so poorly managed).This was the first time I couldn't eat the chicken, and this was not even my original issue. I had politely asked for no drumsticks, ended up with two... walked all the way back to and from to eat at the park and turns out chips were stale too, unforgivable. Third time lucky you would hope... but no, back at the park only to discover my potato and gravy was just normal gravy!!! Expiration date today. I will go elsewhere for my fine dining. No stars today.

The worse KFC store I've came across. I ordered the Zinger box but the potato and gravy was only the gravy (you can see from the video). There was no potato at all. I went back up to the counter and asked for proper potato and gravy but was told that they didn't have any - only had the very liquid gravy. The gravy wasn't even thick. They shouldn't have sold the boxes if they didn't have any potato and gravy on hand. Or asked customers if they were OK with just having gravy with their boxed meals, rather then giving it to us with no warning. Very disappointed as I normally dunk my chips with the potato and gravy.

In terms of food, this establishment is satisfactory. This said, there is still ample room for improvement, the chicken is inconsistent, sometimes it is salty and sometimes it is well made. Most of the time, the burgers are the way to go, there is something about the ingredients in the burger making it more appetising than their chicken. The cons of this specific store include the lack of seating and long lines. Considering the circumstances, the wait times for once the orders are placed are good and the staff have done an excellent job at servicing customers. With more pros than cons, all though I have not gone through much, I have decided to give this restaurant a 4 out of 5 stars.

You guys are absolutely disgusting. This piece of hair is right in chicken.For years I've ignored that sometimes my order would be wrong and fries would usually be soggy.(Order on 23, Jan, 2022, around 5-6pm)

Very average experience. Taking into account that it is a fast food chain store.The meal was very unappealing. The 2 burgers purchased looked like a 3 year old had put it together. Lettuce is no longer in shortage so more than 3 shreds would have been appreciated. The value meal was meant to have potato and gravy. Just a pot of gravy and no little bun. The premises look like they need a very good scrub in the customer area. The floor was very dirty looking.Lastly as staff yell out names or initials when an order is ready it would be awesome to not mumble. So many customers left standing looking at each other trying to guess whose order was ready

The service here was good, the chicken tasted very fresh and delicious. However I found it extremely bizarre that they do not sell potato and gravy at all. I’m very curious to know why. I’m not going to lie, I was very disappointed about it. My 3 piece box just did not taste the same without it. It had plain gravy instead.

This is one of two KFC outlets within about 500m of each other that I visit on a regular basis for lunch, the other being at the entrance to Citycross Arcade on Grenfell. Major downside: This KFC doesn't sell potato and gravy, and I've always found their chips to be substandard compared to the other outlet, but their chicken can be pretty good... usually around lunchtime.
