Dog friendly and staff are always super inviting and helpful. One star off as I was overcharged on my last two visits. Please make sure to mention the current promotions so the staff on register can charge you the correct amount. Otherwise a wonderful store to shop at with your pup!

If you order hay as a same day delivery, don’t order from Atarmon.I’ve ordered hay from Macquarie Center with a note “extra green hay please” which they always accomodate.Unfortunately for Atarmon, I received the driest most dead hay you could possibly get. I’m not sure if they ran out, but I know their stock is always heaps more than Macquarie and in store they seem to always have fresh green hay.Good place in store, terrible online. No one seemed to read the notes. So disappointed. Waste of money.

Staff are always friendly and happy to chat about pets. They all seem to truly love animals. Great range of stock for our bunny too

I have always taken my dog to Artarmon Petstock for grooming when Maggie was there. Maggie always did such a great job and always had her ways with all the pups. However, recently I had taken my dog there for grooming, I found that the new groomer has charged extra $30 for little to no matting and the grooming service wasn’t great either.

Our first and last time visiting this Petstock. The staff ignored us and even at the register there was no greeting just a total and where to tap. Their birds looked as unhappy as the staff and were stressed, pacing the bottom of the cage with no toys and dirty water and food that looked very old. We left disappointed and sad for these animals as they rely on you for care before finding a new home and they deserve better.

Is there a 6th star? Coz if I could, I’d give the Team more than five. I’ve spent 12 months shopping weekly for any cat food I could get to nourish our late 17 year old Burmese girl Minxy.Holly, Grace and ALWAYS listened to my lament as I tried to add calories to Minxy’s diet. When I recently told them she had died while I was away, the staff were genuinely moved. It made such a difference knowing people “got” my grief. They were invested in my Girl which means so much.This week I showed them our new kitten & asked advice re my decisions for a perfect diet for longevity. Grace spent so much time with me. She considered my brand selection & helped with ideas to transition the kitten off the “junk food” like brands (in my opinion).I have been in 2 or 3 places where I could have bought new food & supplies but I held off, knowing I’d get the best service, deals & guidance from staff here at Artarmon.I’m certain they were part of giving me longer with Minxy than her kidney prognosis first suggested. For that, I am a loyal customer and recommend them to anyone obsessed with only the best for their pet. Thanks Team xx

Been to Artarmon Petstock this arvo. Had a great experience being looked after by Sara and her Colleague (sorry I missed her name). I had so many questions about our new cat and they were sooo patient in answering them. had it not for them, I wouldnt have spent a good amount in a single purchase. Will surely be coming back. Worst experience since they had a new groomer. Have been coming here for nails clippering, grooming, washing for years and never have any issues. But this new groomer cant even get a simple job done. Good luck to everyone who is planning to come here for grooming.2 months later, no investigation has been undertaken as promised.
