Very slow, took over ten minutes to even be acknowledged. When another customer (politely) asked how long their order would be, the response was “as long as it needs to take”. Very rude.

If your going to hire kids then PLEASE train them properly! Walk in, the girls saw me but no acknowledgement whatsoever. Walked out jumped in my car and went through the drive thru, ordered with about a 10 minute wait and drove away only to find out when I got home the WHOLE order was wrong! I don't get it.. Its really not that hard.

Waited at the counter for 5 minutes, but no one was interested in serving me. The manager spent all his time on the head set talking to drive through. One of the girls came in behind the counter to put the table cleaning products away. She looked at me, and then walked off. So I walk out, and went down the road to McDonald's where I was served promptly.

I haven't bought a Hungry Jack's burger for a long time. From memory, I'm sure the meat was bigger, and there was a lot more salad in the burger that I was offered. I could of got a great pub meal for what I paid.

It was kind of ok BUT they didn't zap my burger long enough in the microwave and the cheese wasn't melted, and the bun not soft enough. I liked the burgers better when they use to out the (unmade( buns in a steamer prior to making them up.

What a jokeOrdered through the app hoping it’ll be faster. Got to the drive thru and got asked to wait at the waiting bay… after 10mins of waiting the staff came with someone else’s order. Waited another 10mins for my order to come. Checked the bag, sauce is missing, walked into the store to get my missing item. Waited nearly 5mins to be served at the counter and there’s actually no other customers in the store (the two girls at the front did saw me and even made eye contact but did not serve me until I stood there for five minutes). Then I head home thinking I can finally enjoy my dinner after a long day at work. Unwrapped the burger, they made/gave me the wrong burger…. I ordered spicy fried chicken but got the classic instead. Super disappointed in this level of customer service. I’ve worked at HJs for over 2yrs less than 10yrs ago and this is certainly unacceptable.

Been here a few times. The service has been much better than other fast food competitors. Their breakfast tastes really good. The iced soy mocha was spot on! The sausage and egg burger was fantastic!
