First of all my review here is purely based on my experience with Ben..We had a conversation over the phone for around 20 minutes during which I explained the situation and he asked me to schedule a proper consultation via website which was completed.During the consultation he was very negative and putting lots of barriers into the visa process we were following and not bringing any solution for the case.I really understand how difficult it can be in any visa process, cutting short, at the end of the call he just said sorry but better you to get a second opinion from another lawyer as this is not my expertise"...I believe this could have been said when we had the first conversation over the phone and not after paying the service fee

If I could I would give 1000 stars! Ben is without a doubt the best immigration lawyer in Australia. Our case seemed lost, in Nov/2019 my family (wife and kid) had been deported and had a ban of 3 years, I was without hope, after a consultation with Ben, he stated that he would fight for us, and that's what he did! He didn't rest until he reversed the situation and brought them back, after that we went with him for our PR application and we were granted yesterday! It took 8 years of struggle and thanks to Ben's professionalism and dedication we made it.
