To all the people involved on the day i thought it was a spectacular day. In my case it was super special as i don't show my car but given i purchased from Bill Patterson Cheney in Ringwood in 1972 i was compelled to have her on show. What a great spread of magnificent Holden's. Well done to all

Bought Toyota Kluger GXL Hybrid the price was a lot cheaper then the market price the guy Sabi is amazing he help a lot in understanding features and guiding about price he was pretty easy going on negotiation then for Finance Robert was really helpful he got an excellent deal for me during this time of the year when interest rates are really high the whole process took only 6 hours from application till settlement. Excellent place to buy a used vehicle, has many options for sale across a wide number of manufacturers. Was tossing up between a Subaru or a Holden sedan, went with the Holden. Was in excellent condition and drove very well. Was given two new tyres and also a bonus of a $500 Ampol petrol voucher. The price of the car was very fair as well. Highly recommend the team out there.

No $upport or $ervice at all.$teer Clear obviously dont get care about Holden's anymore. Car was there for 2 week$$ and NOT ONCE did they make contact.Purchased the car though them with extended warranty and kept getting serviced there to be able to get support if issues arose. NO care what so ever, Car given back and does not start. Yet they were $ure to charge for no re$olution. GONE are the days of Decent dealership support from most dealers but especially this one. I was most happy with my Patterson Cheney Holden experience. The service consultant, Nick was upfront with everything, got back to me quickly when I had a question. After having my car (that is an older car) serviced, driving away in it was like driving a new car.

Outstanding customer service with a nice shuttle drop off service.Always been looked after, if you have a Holden and need good quality workmanship done on your car, these guys are the right one.

Really terrible customer service.All I asked for was a 5 minute consult on an issue. Happy to wait till it was convenient. Service desk wouldn't cooperate to help a potential customer.Find another dealer if you want someone to actually help you instead of money gouging.Would not recommend.In response to having Patterson Cheney reply.If any of the service desk guys had bothered to ask any questions or at least answer my questions we may have made progress. As a former Holden technician I am well aware of what I had asked. Your response stated you were more than happy to give advice. My visit proved otherwise.I absolutely stand by my previous opinion and this interaction has in no way improved the appeal of your service team.
