If I could give 10 stars I would,I ordered to a hotel room from out of town. I was more than impressed with the level of professionalism and to say the bouquet of flowers received where amazing is an understatement.

I phoned yesterday from Caloundra to have Ivy Florist send flowers to a friend in Cairns... this was attended to by Rosie who was very helpful and friendly.... my flowers were sent same day and she also sent me a confirmation that they had been delivered with some photos to show the arrangement. Called to organise a last minute same-day delivery and Rosie was so helpful and accommodating. Really friendly and super prompt service. The arrangement was beautiful as well. Very happy with the service overall and would definitely be a repeat customer.

I sent an email late on a Saturday evening asking to make an order for the following Monday. I received a personal reply (not automated) advising my order was not a problem. Rosie was Amazing, I left the choice of flowers to her, all I asked for was blue ribbon and a wet pack not oasis. She went beyond that and included blue flowers in the bouquet. The receiver loved them and the office could smell the flowers from yards away. I highly recommend this florist x

Thank you for your wonderful service, arrangement and delivery to the hospital on the same day as my order. You took the time to listen and the gorgeous flowers that my Mum received really have brightened her day. She is so happy with her special colourful arrangement and keeps finding new parts to admire, as have the nurses caring for her. Thank you - your professionalism and kindness is very much appreciated.

Ordered sympathy flowers to be delivered in Cairns (I live in a different state) and found Ivy Florist online. Decided to go with them and they did not disappoint - service & floral expertise were top notch. I dealt with Rosie over the phone & email, and everything was organised for me smoothly. I was also provided pictures of the lovely arrangement. Could not be happier with Ivy Florist!
