The Mirage Alexandra Headland
We stayed in the 3 bedroom apartment sleeping up to 6 people. Very clean and well appointed apartment. The grounds were great and well maintained. The pool and spa are a highlight and well heated to make it really comfortable.The beach is only a fee minutes walk away. Highly recommend!

The Mirage Alexandra Headland
Pool area and spa were great. Grounds very well kept. Units are old but very clean, we noticed that it needs some attention. However the couple of problems we had were fixed that day, great service. Beds very comfortable. Third bedroom was hot and stuffy. December was very humid and the fan didn't make a difference. The enclosed kids park a few minutes walk across lagoon is so handy. Beach a flat easy walk minutes away.

Positives: Walking distance to the beach and local cafes, great basketball, tennis and pool facilities, spacious apartment, security parking.Negatives: Fithy security screens throughout the apartment that can be clearly seen from the basketball court, daily challenges in getting foxtel to work, the oven inside was dirty, only one garbage bag, had to ask reception for more cutlery.Verdict:The mirages saving grace is it's location and close proximity to the beach.

Location is set back from the beach with a great lagoon and lake in behind which was great for small kids. The resort pools were great with a lap pool, lagoon pool and smaller kids pool. 3 bedroom apartment we stayed in was nice and spacious however only on the 1st floor so no view. Small basket ball court and tennis court were good to

Pool area was fantastic, location was central to Alexandra Headland beach. Room was satisfactory good equipment. Could probably use some renovation and updating. Carpet and couch very stained. Shower in room very underwhelming. No dona on the bed. TV was so hard to operate and not user friendly at all. Definitely not 4 .5 stars. Much better options on the coast

Definitely not the finest experience at the beautiful Sunshine Coast!!!Pros: Perfect locantion, close proximity to shops, beaches and parks for a quiet family vacationCons: Apartments were run down!!! Broken AC in one of the rooms and was not told prior to the stay (despite the management already aware of it), kitchenette was old and missing a lot of essential cooking ulitities. Rooms were small and NOT CLEAN, had spiders and insects all over the window frames, hot water system is shocking, literally had to wait 10mins to get the hot water going, wish the management would have look after the apartment properly.

Thank you so much to Ria and the whole team at The Mirage Alex. We stayed to celebrate a milestone birthday and can honestly stay this has been our favourite hotel in our favourite location anywhere in the world. You have made our stay so special that I can’t even describe. Staff have bent over backwards for us and the facilities are better than described. The swimming pools are amazing, beautiful surrounds. Peaceful, quiet and relaxing yet still family friendly. But the staff have taken it to a new level of amazingness. We feel like rockstars and we don’t want to leave! This will be our new holiday destination of choice. You are all amazing and we can’t thank you enough. Looking forward to seeing you again soon.Thank you Ria and everyone else. The Mirage Alexandra Headland
This was an awesome place to stay. Great views (we can imagine because it rained non stop). Pool and spa were great. Anything extra we asked for was not a problem for the friendly staff. Very central to everything around the Sunshine Coast. Definitely stay here again
