We had a problem with our hot water cylinder, we rang Comma Electrical and they sent someone around with in an hour and No call out fee. Alex is the young man who diagnosed the problem and after consulting with us had the part in his vehicle and fitted it fast and efficient. I would recommend Alex highly and will use this company again in the future. Alex even spent time cleaning up after him. A very pleasant young man.

Called Comma Electrical, Got to the operator with no wait time and she advised that I would get a call back from an electrician shortly. Got a call back from Alex who advised he could arrive in about an hour. True to his word, Alex turned up on time, was professional and did the job at a very reasonable price. The Response Time, Professionalism and Workmanship is second to none.

We contacted the company this afternoon, they called back promptly and sent Alex to our home.Alex was able to tell us what was wrong with our hot water system, gave us the price and then proceeded with the repairs and replacing of the element and the thermostat.Alex was really efficient, communicated clearly, he even cleaned up the space after. Would highly recommend Comma Electrical and also Alex, who is an asset to the company, definitely request him again!!!

We needed a new electrician as our long term previous guy retired.The value of a service is in the work done and in the follow up after sale service. I was worried about the AC and called Comma on the weekend. I didn't expect to hear back until Monday. However I got a call back from Alex shortly afterwards on the Saturday morning. He explained how the AC works, and he was right, it was working smoothly. I appreciated that he called me back quickly and addressed my concern. Turns out he had done the work right.When he came to do the job Alex was timely, friendly, explained everything clearly, and provided great and reliable service. Alex arrived on time. He first gave me a quote.He did the work patiently and with care. It was done perfectly. He checked the safety of the installations. Alex was proficient and appeared to have good experience. He also serviced the air-conditioning unit. It is running well now. He was tidy and carefully cleaned up after the installs.I would definitely recommend Alex and Comma Electrical. I plan to use Comma Electricals again. I will ask for Alex as I am happy with the work done.

Appointment was booked for 8am. Alex was early but waiting out the front. Gave me options on fixing the broken fluorescent light fixture. Got me a quotation, retrieved the new light and installed it. Quick, efficient and I finally have a working kitchen light again.

I couldn't have been happier with the work Alex did today to fix my electrical panel. He was on time, courteous, and finished the job quickly.
