Would never recommend BUXTON Ballarat for the rental team.Keys back Friday, exit report signed Friday, photos dated following Tuesday, someone has broken in to the property over the weekend and stolen fixtures.So I'v been told $828 to replace.Have shown agent photos of taps taken on Friday but they can't be bothered giving me communication.Here are the photos of how the house was left. As you can clearly see there are taps.I will be now wasting my own time to fight at vcat due to this.My kids mattresses bedding clothes and furniture also thrown out due to mould.Didn't matter how often I clean the mould would come back.The roof copped wind damage, an owner you never had it properly rectified.Neighbours were continually destroying wood pallets off fence, took 2 years for a fence to be rectified.Strong winds brought down a tree in our backyard took almost 12 months to rectify it. Clothesline was still bent after 12 months.BUXTON was also informed of the neighbours trespassing and did nothing to help rectify it.Only thing I got off Buxton was a rent rise.
