It was my first time buying from Wonderland, my order was processed promptly and the link in the email made it easy to track the shipment. The price of Oscar 1200 cold press juicer was the best price I got. The juicer is fantastic, saves time and effort, cleaning is very easy. Happy with my purchase!

Despite ongoing issues from stockists, I was very impressed with the ongoing communication from Nature's Wonderland. They continually strived to keep me informed and problem solve as an issue receiving a part was resolved. Definitely feel that the customer service was above and beyond what is normally experienced when ordering online.Much appreciated!

After I was unable to get the colour toaster I wanted from any store, I did a search on it and Nature's Wonderland came up. They had the exact toaster I wanted and I placed the order the same day and it arrived within 2 days. Excellent customer service and will definitely be using them again. Also they are very competitive on their prices. Thank you.

I bought a dehydrator from them as they are one of the only that stock this brand. I contacted their office and spoke to a lady that could not seem more unhelpful and bitter to help. She spoke like shes doing me a huge favour to help me choose a unit and said I must call then I must email then I must call etc. Anyway ordered a unit which ended up being waaaay too small for what I was looking for(I never switched the unit on or removed protective film, lifted out, saw it was too small and placed perfectly as received back in box and emailed the distributors).So I called and asked if I can send the unit back and order a bigger more expensive unit expecting to be met with open arms as one would do if a client wants to spend about DOUBLE the money at your business-but the lady"started telling me about the million things that might make that unable and cost etc at which point I had to stop her as it was very difficult to get any straight answers from her regarding it. Basically I am stuck and its my mistake and their terms dont do returns of "change of mind"which to me made no sense as I want to buy a bigger unit and had not used this unit and I did not change my mind I just ordered the wrong size which which might have been prevented had you been a little more helpful in the beginning..I was also called abusive and numerous other names due to me demanding to speak to management about what is the best way to solve this as I felt myself and this individual are not understanding each other. I admitted my mistake about size but I am new to dehydrators and don't appreciate being spoken to on the phone like I did by unhelpful people that make you feel like you are causing them a heap of "work" to assist the client. I just want a unit that is right for my use. Go somewhere else or be very very very sure you order the exact unit and theres no space for mistakes with these guys."

Unfortunately, my experience with Nature's Wonderland was terrible. I ordered a small part for a Vitamix blender that cost around $60. It never arrived. When I contacted Nature's Wonderland, they refused to replace the part and they told me it was my responsibility to contact Australia Post, which I did. Australia Post told me that there's no way they lost the part, and most likely, Nature's Wonderland simply didn't send it. I continued to check with AP for about 4 months to see if anything turned up under the wrong name or address. Nope. I contacted Nature's Wonderland several times throughout the process and they were defiant, combative and constantly pointed the finger at me, as if this was somehow my fault. They told me that I should have paid extra to insure this small $60 part. I eventually had to contact my back, who investigated them, and eventually saw to it that my $60 was refunded. It's sad that NW's customer support was so poor, but it was. I am of the strong belief that you vote with your dollars, and this one company that doesn't deserve any votes. I would never do business with them again.

Amazing products with above and beyond customer service. Such lovely people to deal with and were very understanding when I needed to change my collection time. Competitive pricing also and my son loves having a kinderfeets trike again!

Avoid this company, terrible customer service! I purchased an apple peeler/slicer which was useless - the apple broke apart when sliced, parts of the apple didn't peel and no amount of adjusting helped. This company would not replace or refund this product, even after I emailed photo's using different apples and adjusting it as per their instructions. They refused to accept it was either faulty or just terrible quality. I ended up having to do a Paypal disbute to get my money back but was still out of pocket because I had to pay for postage to send it back before Paypal refunded my money.

The service and integrity of Nature’s Wonderland is the worst I’ve ever come across. I do not recommend this company in any way shape or form.They do not allow the customer to discuss the reasons for asking for a refund and if you mention your consumer rights they personally attack you. I had to go through PayPal disputes to get my money back as they would not refund me for broken goods. Even though I supplied photos of the broken item to both themselves and the courier company.

The most helpful, honest and kind company I've ever dealt with! My wife bought me a dehydrator years ago and they were so generous with advice on what to get based on what I was asking for. At no time did I feel like they were just trying to make a sale. Now years later when I had questions about and needed to purchase silicone mats, they once again gave advice and listened faultlessly. Brilliant! Highly reccomend!
