Warren is a fantastic Coach! He is incredibly knowledgeable about not only fitness, but nutrition too. Being a female, I've always been terrified of eating carbs, and have never been able to successfully stick to a meal plan because they have been so complex and unrealistic (cutting out carbs altogether at times!). I'm over a month in and am loving the process and most importantly, my meal plan! The fact it is simple, delicious and easy to prepare makes the world of difference, and I find myself looking forward to my food! Im eating a great balance of protein, carbs and fats, and developing a much healthier relationship and understanding of food through Warren's guidance. If you want to develop a better relationship with food, and learn to eat for your goals, I would highly recommend speaking to Warren!
