No stars for you guys, one of my closest friends Deb Stanton dealt with you and from her response which she posted on facebook is following, I doubt you will get more clients unless you compensate my friend Deb Stanton for the bad customer service and inconvenience you caused her. Otherwise I will post this complaint daily on your website as follows... I don't know how the guys on The Block manage to get their tiles from Beaumont Tiles in the short amount of time they have to get their rooms finished. Obviously they are treated differently to the average customer.....We were told we had to wait 3 days for the tiles we wanted (ONLY 2 sqm btw) and after numerous phone calls & just as many stuff ups with organisation & delivery it took over 3 weeks.They never called us to follow up on the days they advised & never returned our calls when we left messages.We had to put off our tiler 3 times due to the mismanagement.Had we known it was going to be like this we never would have bought them from there.We finally picked them up today!!!!To say we are unhappy is an understatement. We will not be purchasing from Beaumont Tiles again and I'd suggest anyone considering them for their tiling needs.... THINK AGAIN!Rant over. :-(
