My stupid car broke down on Hoddle St Melbourne, at least close to a pub! Tom was prompt and efficient and had me on my way (back to the pub) in no time. Thanks mate

Had my car picked up by Rob to take to my mechanic after a breakdown. He was communicative, polite, ontime and very gentle with my lowered sports car. Would use again anyday of the week.

Didn't use by choice . These people are thieves and there extorting people. Illegally towing cars. Long story kinda shorten My car that broke down was not even hooked up yet and I said I'd move it straight away by pushing it into a carpark which wasn't available at the time it broke down said just getting the keys and whilst doing so he dragged it few metres then half way on before I came back out n he said pay me 450 cash now or cost U more in the depot at Abbotsford and laughed about it. Was rude and possibly under the influence as his speech was slurred and bit aggressive not any care towards my car. Unsafe operating the truck that looked unroadworthy. No invoice or receipt for payment to take car off truck. Definitely something not right if not alot of things watch out for these cowboys

Day ruined due to a flat tire on my motorbike.Tom turned it around with his prompt and friendly service. Dropped me and the bike home safely and with a smile.Cheers Tom.

Unfortunately I found myself in a situation with one deflated run-flat tyre but Tom at Gardenstate Towing came to my rescue. Tom was absolutely pleasant and courteous! Let me ride up front and dropped me off home along the way to South Yarra BMW. Highly recommend Tom and Gardenstate Towing services!

Keilor Park drive 1.35pm Friday 26th may 2023. Driver turns right from a drive straight lane fully aware of what he was doing, cutting off traffic who are in the correct right turning lane. Driver then proceeds to abuse and give me the middle fingerBuddy u did an illegal right turn. Own it and don't be a Dhead and give me the finger. Expect a chat form your boss if it's true All your vehicles are GPS tracked.

Fred was great! He towed my son’s car late at night and was incredibly positive and non-judgemental. His customer service skills was second to none, and someone who modelled a genuine enthusiasm for his work. What a great role model!

These guys are awesome! Used them twice now and was lucky enough to have Tom tow it both times, he took care of my pride and joy, kept me in the loop regarding pick up and drop off and went over and above to make sure my car was looked after. Highly recommend to anyone.

Had an unfortunate experience with a driver named Mohammed. On the phone he was rude, and in person he was aggressive. When I said to him I didn’t appreciate how he spoke with me on the phone he said,“I am not here to serve you…”.He refused to tow my car and drove off. Terrible service by this driver, beware if he is allocated to you, consider filming your interaction with him.
