We were fortunate to be recommended Express Plumbing and Gas when we moved to Burwood about ten years ago and needed a new hot water service. Adrian and his team are always prompt, reliable and professional, no matter the problem that is at hand.

I found the staff at express plumbing to be very friendly on the phone and also in person for the initial quote and then the required plumbing work. Luke was prompt on arrival and after he had finished plumbing our fridge he was happy to answer a few extra questions I had regarding other plumbing. i found him very polite and positive. I would highly recommend express plumbing for local domestic jobs.

My gas ducted heating unit after 30 years decided to expire. Thanks to Express plumbing for advising me on a more efficient unit to install and making the process very easy.Keep up the great works guys. 10/10

Recently hired express plumbing for repairing the broken gas line and sewer pipes, which are not small jobs, as least I considered. I am super happy about their service. I tried to get quotations from other plumbers before. After they heard the size of work, they even not bothered to return my call anymore. Express plumbing & gas is a good size of company covering wide range of services. I do not need to worry about sourcing different plumbers for different work any more (heater service, gas line, sewer, gutter...)! Their staff, Jason, Jesse, Kevin and Jack are all very friendly, arrived on time, quick responded to emergency and happy to answer a lot of my questions. Their price is competitive. Their service is professional. I can see they have wide range of tools and expensive equipment, which helped them to finish work/solve my unpleasant problem quicker. It is also a reliable company. They responded to come back to fix up a little issue of my new replaced sewer pipes with no charge, not like other plumbers who never pick up your call after you paid them. For sure, I will use their service again!

I was very impressed with work completed by Express Plumbing. Jason went out of his way to complete necessary work. He explained all the work needed and completed it on the day. He was in touch to let me know what had been done and even returned on request to help with work unrelated to the initial problem. I would definitely recommend them and use them again myself.

Express Plumbing have performed both small and big jobs for us. They are very professional and do a good job. They tell you what needs to be done and are very clear about what they are going to do and how much it will cost before they proceed. It is nice to have one convenient service to handle our plumbing needs.

Great tradie, Jason was able to get our heater up & running again quickly. He sourced and replaced a broken part very efficiently, and tested for carbon monoxide, all before we left this morning for work! Definitely recommend this mob & will use them again.

Great service, very well priced and on time. Adrian and Peter came to our house to replace the rusted galvanised steel pipe between the meter and our house. We told them we were on a tight budget and they informed us of the preparation work we could do ourselves and saved us over $1000 compared to other quotes. I would highly recommend these gentlemen.

Thanks so much for your service.Unfortunately replacing my mains gas now has a gas leak. i requested they check it however, they want to charge $160 to come out and inspect it rather than resolve it.With a VBA compliance certificate (12075176) i expect some level of quality assurance and to dismiss my concern frames the integrity of express plumbing in a dim light. As such, this review questions express plumbing's after sales service and it is recommended that they contact me, resolve this safety concern and reestablish their commitment to quality and service of their customers.Kind regardsDave O'Reilly

My experience of using Express Plumbing has been very positive. I called the people at Express to get my leaking toilet looked at and they were able to fix it straight away. The plumbers were neat, reliable and made me feel reassured when they knew all the answers to my questions. I'd use Express again, I was impressed!
