I saw Julia, she's a nice person but unfortunately not helpful at all for treatment resistant OCD, or someone that has Kineisphobia OCD, all she could do tell me is first line treatments that didn't help me despite the fact I'm up to 10th line treatments after 25 years, she was much more concerned with protecting herself and keeping herself out of trouble by eliminating all avenues of what she completely delusionaly perceived as a risk to me or her by giving me anchors or distracting techniques that will actually help me and stop me from going through messed up suffering from my OCD
