It is only when something goes wrong, that you really see the quality of service you get from a place. I bought a Philips 9900 electric toothbrush in April this year from another Shaver Shop. I went to this one, and told them I had lost the receipt. They instructed me how to find the date of transaction on my banking app, searched for the receipt, and gave me a brand new toothbrush in the store without asking any questions. Thank you so much Emma and Priyanka for outstanding service.

What a great bunch of people. Had the pleasure of speaking to Matt over the phone. Ordered a hair straightener as a surprise for my wife who works in the centre. Matt personally delivered it to her as a surprise at her work and kept me in the loop during the whole process. AWESOME!!!! customer service.

Dishonest. Placed an order online and prompty received a your order has been shipped" email. 4 days later no parcel so I send them a query email as to ETA. A few hours later Australia Post reports "Picked up from Sender". And they wonder why people want to buy stuff from Amazon USA. AVOID"

At around 5pm today I asked for a cheaper option on razor blades. The staff member I was talking to laughed in my face and I heard snickering behind the counter. They did actually have cheaper options, which I bought. As soon as I left, the two staff members laughed and said did you hear that? Do you have cheaper options?" and continued to chuckle to each other. I understand that you have sales quotas to meet

Carousal Shopping Centre has been made really nice and a one-stop area for anything you can think of. Very nice environment and a lot of parking spaces available around to use. I'll recommend this place to anyone, awesome shopping mall!
