From the first call the team were friendly, knowledgeable and patient as they guided me through all my options and made multiple adjustments to achieve my desired setup. I was one of the unlucky ones who received an inverter which failed and the team had another on order and installed in a week. They did all the consultation with the power provider, helped me through the rebate process and even helped me find local tradies and professionals as we'd only recently moved to the area. The install of: a major switchboard upgrade, 22 panels, battery and inverter as well as an iStore heat pump occurred seamlessly over 2 days and I couldn't be more grateful for the professional installation which has all the wiring and lines inside the walls and a very clean setup. And I love being less reliant on the grid. The team called ahead to confirm, were on time and worked quickly and efficiently. They worked fluidly with an external plumber who wasn't on site at the same time and thoughtfully disconnected my hot water only on day 2 so we weren't without hot water for even 1 day. They also helped remove an old wall heat bank heater which they took and disposed of. They removed all the packaging materials and left the place exactly as they found it. Except for the shiny new solar panels on my roof.I've raved to everyone about them. Thanks so much guys

Absolutely delighted. The paperwork with government rebates was completed in one day. Phil and I were absolutely delighted and surprised at the fantastic services of Patric and the Team at 360. On time, as promised. All trades organised perfectly as we went off Gas (added Heat Pump HWS, Induction Cooking and Split Systems) to total electricity. Small problem with Tesla Powerwall was fixed promptly and without any issues. I really wouldn't bother going any where else. They were sensational - pre sales service, polite hard working Sparkies, after sales service, always kept in the loop. Great pricing and a great Company. I initially contacted Solar 360 after reading a recommendation on the Solarquotes website. The experience was faultless and very professional from when Mark came to do the onsite visual assessment and quote, through to the installation of the rooftop panels and inverter. Any questions and advice was given without hesitation. In addition the price for a top quality system was excellent, given that it wasn't an easy shape roof to manage the install.A big thank you to all Solar360 staff for a job very well done.
