I have been going here for almost 2 years now. They never beat around the bush and always call me before doing a job to let me know with how much it is going to be. They are friendly and very helpful. Best mechanics I've been to.

I should have shopped around. I had some front end noise, turned out to just be bitumen in the brake area, and my car was overdue for a service so on the Google reviews I chose to go to Future Auto. I was advised I needed a timing belt, and the overall cost of all the work needing to be done. I am aware that this is costly and so I didn't question the quote . When I looked at the breakdown of the costs it didn't sit right with me that changing a timing belt and water pump would cost $1765 so when I got home I rang VW service to get a comparison. They were $300 cheaper . This surprised me, usually small business does better on price. So to cut this long story short. I won't go back because they are overpriced.

Amazing service from these guys! Fit me in last minute when my car started leaking oil badly! They did an awesome job and all staff I dealt with were very friendly and professional. Will definitely be back and would highly recommend!

We've been getting our car serviced by Future Auto North Lakes for years now. They are always professional, honest and friendly. We had our car battery on the brink and they immediately fit us in the same day. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic shop for all your auto needs, I had some new rims fitted by the team and unfortunately a few of the rims got damaged.The fellow behind the desk was apologetic and organised for them to be fixed at a later date which happened without a hassle.I would definitely recommend and trust this business.

Great service compared to other local centres...Previous place did a shoddy service despite reputation and all I got to speak to was a secretary in a fancy reception...Future Auto however took their time to understand and explain everything, offering some additional advice at good willUPDATE - since my initial visit and review, I have returned to these guys 4 times and each time I have been exceptionally please by both their work and advice. The last visit I had a loan car for 3 days, where Andy and the rest of the team clearly went above and beyond to do a great job for a reasonable priceRunning on the definition of customer serviceGreat job lads! Brought my car in with a cylinder 2 misfire and an engine light on. They then called me and told me that $922 worth of parts and labour would fix my issue.Later that afternoon when I picked up the car and got 200m down the road on my way home, same engine light and code popped up. Took it back and they did some more tests and then told me that I had low compression in cylinder 2. I find it very hard to believe that in 200m of driving that this issue mysteriously popped up.I don’t know why they weren’t able to exhaust all options in diagnosing what was wrong with my car before jumping straight to the EASY solution in changing my plugs and coils and charging me $922 ultimately for no reason when a compression test could have been done a lot earlier in the process.When I even initially questioned on the price of the parts I was met with rude and obnoxious comments claiming their work is warranted and quality and not just simply giving me a price breakdown.When questioning it days later asking for a refund as the issue still was present in my car, the blame was then put entirely back on me and was basically called a liar as they claim I was altering the tune in my car after I had picked up my car. When in actual fact, I was purely plugging in my “aftermarket tuning device” purely to read what code had been thrown.It seems as though these “mechanics” just service cars, so if you have anything actually wrong with your car I’d highly recommend taking it anywhere else.
