Lacked customer service as we were there looking for bags for 10 minutes and no one came to us to ask what we're looking for. There were actually only 2 staff both at the counter. It would have been helpful to get ideas about what we're buying.

Very bad shopping experience, bought the bag at the original price, used it less than three times, the inside of the bag was unwired, the quality was very poor, went to the store, said they had no choice.

I hate this place with a passion. Customer service is to the floor. Giving me a faulty bag which I payed $70 for and then refusing me a refund when I didn’t even use it. wasting my time telling me to come back another day for a refund and then got annoyed when they had to pay the $10 difference from an exchange. Pathetic
