Take your order to LOGAN CITY TROPHY CENTRE. Don’t bother with these guys.I put an order in for a plaque on November 2nd and requested to pick this up on November 25th at the latest.I was stuffed around for 3 weeks. To the point that I was chasing them for progress updates twice a week with a promise that “we’ll have something sorted today or tomorrow” which never happened.I visited the shop on November 19 and refused to leave until I had some progress on my order as it wasn’t even designed yet. And we’re talking simple photo with words on top.Ean (one of the owners) borderline argued with me about photo quality being low, the image being small and accused me of emailing the same image multiple times when I tried to give options. Meanwhile I had Kathy in my other ear like everything is all rainbows and lollipops telling me how beautiful it would look.I was told on the 19th that the original order, in their words, “wouldn’t be able to be done because there isn’t enough time”...you know, they only had 3 weeks notice. I was offered a quick fix idea that I didn’t wanted.The reason why my order was ignored? “We had a lot of orders come in recently” which in my books translates to “your order wasn’t important enough financially”.I took the order to LOGAN CITY TROPHY CENTRE in Kingston on Friday the 19th, minutes before they closed. I sent the image I created myself in photoshop (the same one I sent to Ean) and had it printed and picked up on Monday 22nd.FYI - LOGAN CITY TROPHY CENTRE said the image was quality and size enough to canvas.So don’t go to special events presentations. Go to LOGAN CITY TROPHY CENTRE.
