I contacted Caroline when things were really tough - nursing had become painful and I was feeling anxious about each feed. Caroline fitted me in for a telehealth appointment on the same day which was a huge relief. In one consultation, two magical things happened - firstly, she listened to my concerns and really heard me; secondly, she offered practical support and advice tailored to me and my baby. Since then, nursing has been pain-free and actually enjoyable. I am so grateful to Caroline for her wisdom and support; I cannot recommend her enough.

If you are on the hunt for a lactation consultant look no further. Caroline is your woman. I gave birth to my beautiful son at 35 weeks and he spent a week in the Special Care Nursery. Unfortunately, this significantly impacted our breastfeeding journey. My husband and I engaged a lactation consultant for support as soon as we arrived home. It was an awful experience. Our son was diagnosed with a myriad of issues and an intense intervention program was recommended. After what we’d experienced, this was the last thing we needed. Then Caroline came along! She initially recommended liaising with the hospital lactation consultants during our stay, very selfless. I ended up sharing our above experience with her via an email. She immediately offered to call me, free of charge, to debrief. She listened, allayed my fears and offered a way forward. Since then, Caroline has gone above and beyond to support us. She has made us feel heard, offered invaluable advice and most importantly, prioritised our mental health. We have successfully boosted my milk supply, taught our son to breastfeed, reduced bottle top ups and executed a pumping schedule. Regardless of where our breastfeeding journey ends up I will be eternally grateful to Caroline for her incredible support. She is one special individual!
