Worst customer service ever from Carolyn. She was very rude and slow. Also was getting everything wrong..never going back to the Craigieburn store. I should have read the previous reviews! Have no idea how she is still working there. They were super slow in everything they did too. One of the worst customer service I ever experienced !

It was a random visit!A huge variety of home decor especially artificial plants and flowers. They have special discounts going on.Some of the items in the Clearance section are worth buying.They have beautiful rugs on display. Prices are reasonable too.The staff there is amazing. The lady, I think she is the manager was so good to talk with.Kids friendly.Will definitely go back again.

Amazing customer service. The workers here are so nice and lovely. I will be coming back again and again. They have the greatest couches and cushions. I will be visiting back once more like I’ve stated. We did not stay in freedom for an hour for nothing. We were looking to buy a leather couch and found the right one for are kind. I love freedom thank you so much.

Carolyn is the rudest. I have never met anyone that rude. Did everything possible to make the interaction a bad experience.Viraj on the other hand was very helpful and his customer service was amazing.

I love this store and the fantastic service you get from Carolyn and the team that work there, they are always the best when it comes to Customer service and alway helpful when it comes to selecting furniture taking the time to spend with you and nothing is too much trouble. I have furnish almost my whole house from this store and this has been due the great service I have received especially when dealing with Carolyn.Well done to the team at craigieburn store as this isn’t the service you get from other freedom stores I have shopped in the past.

Greatly appreciated service, the salesperson named Kelly was really kind and actually cared for what we were buying, she stayed back when the store was closing. She had served us a few days ago and I wanted to give her a thumbs up for doing her job right! 10/10 service give Kelly a raise!Edit: Not recent I was just editing my wording.

The manager in this store is ridiculously unhelpful. Went straight to another freedom store and they were able to solve my query in about 3 minutes. Disappointed in the lack of customer service care this particular manager continuously shows!
