Super friendly staff, so great taking walk ins for nail clips with no waiting and looked after my anxious Italian Greyhound perfectly with no fuss or added stress for him. Great price and super efficient, We'll definitely be back soon :)

We went in with uncertainty about how our rescue border collie would react to having some bad matting removed. The team were reassuring, did a brilliant job and our dog came away with a big smile on his face.

The team here do such a good job with our little groodle pup. He gets excited for his grooms and always looks amazing coming out (My favourite is the little scarves they put on him). Lots of compliments on his cut at the dog parks, would recommend to anyone.

DO NOT BOTHERVery rude staff, told me to bring my pup at 8.30, someone else's dog had the privileges to be groomed before mine so my pup ended up being kicked out to the backyard which was absolutely nasty and I was told ill have to wait for the next groomer to come in. So why make me drive 30 mins and rock up at 8.30 if you dont even have groomers and you will just treat my dog as trash ? When I asked why my pup is in the backyard and they kept Labradors at front, i was greeted with attitude 'WHATS WRONG WITH THAT' :)Not to mention that the last time we took him to this place he still came back stinky, which tells me they didn't even bathe him as asked !Multiple times I picked my pup up from them, he showed signs of distress. At first I thought it was him reacting to grooming itself, but after taking him to other places and also grooming him myself, I realised the problem isn't being groomed but the GROOMERS. I'm starting to believe my dog was mistreated at this place and I hate to even think what they were doing to him.I hope council closes this place asap.

We take our 2 dogs to Pets Journey for regular grooming and it is consistently the best grooms they have had. Not only do they look great at the end of their grooms, but they truly enjoy their experience as the groomers are very gentle with them and they are not kept in cages, but a large play pen with other dogs. The staff at pet journey are fantastic . My little Coco, a toy cavoodle , always comes back looking and smelling fabulous . People always comment on her grooming. They take the time to style and listen to what you want. Very helpful and you can tell they love dogs and what they do. Also , unlike other salons, Coco doesn’t get nervous when we get there , so you know she doesn’t mind going. Highly recommend !

I had my cat groomed at this saloon. She is a bit hard to handle sometimes, and had some nasty mats in her long fur. The staff did a fabulous job for a very good price. I was so thankful because I'm sure the mats were making her uncomfortable. She looked like a million dollars when she came out! It's hard to find cat groomers, let alone good ones. I thoroughly recommend this service.
