I purchased a rain gauge from Blue Mountain Rain Harvesting which is an excellent product, but their after sales support has been simply outstanding, by far the best service I have ever received.I can't recommend this company highly enough!!

Bought a couple of the new Maelstrom filters and the Delta in-ground first flush diverters from these guys late last year to fit to a large rainwater system on new build in Brisbane. Plumber finally got to installing the products only to drop one of the first-flush systems onto a concrete edge, cracking the large end cap casing. Contacted Blue Mtn Co to find out if they have a replacement part - apparently, being such a new product parts weren’t yet available. Solution: they gave me an end-cap casing out of another box and didn’t charge me a thing. Amazing service which really impressed the plumber (who, ironically, is about to install their products on a commercial job, but Blue Mtn didn’t know that when they helped me out.) Great products, even greater service!
