A difficult task it is as the nature of their work is traumatic enough however to deal with subsequent complexities for the individual whom they represented post resolvment" of significant tragedy in which is anything but resolved in their head and emotions and the for the most part understanding they show is nothing short of beautiful. Not perfect like all of us however I really see Johns true colours when even when there job is in the eyes of the legal system done

Anything to do with the Royal Commission. Please don't come here. John and his wife only look after themselves. They don't care what has happened to you. Unless of course they can make money from you, with no concerns for you or your mental well-being afterwards. . Then if the church isn't holding up to there end of the bargain and providing you with counselling. Not point contacting Ellis Legal because they don't even do anything to make the church do what was agreed a upon. -500 if it was the score on Google.

Because they are extremely understanding and go out of there way, to help nurture and support the entire process, that is for most a very Hard situation in the beginning they make you feel like a supported Victem not the victomised... thank you NICOLA John and staff...

Not sure how to rate. Been many holdups, since transferring to them in 2018 on advice of a Solicitor. Feb 2021 I was told it would be over before Christmas 2021. But it came and went and now Oct 22. Perhaps if I was a man I would have had this case concluded. Now my body fails me, I am in pain and no phone calls, no emails. Feeling let down.
