Been shopping here since the day they opened. Staff are always awesome. Jude is amazing and the clothes they stock are awesome. Even to the point of driving to Nick's store at Henley. I have never had any bad experience yet. Would love you guys to open a store on the parade haha closer for me. But you are worth the drive guys x

Poor customer service, rude, unprofessional and ignored me for 10 minutes before someone approached me. Mind you, there was 3 other customers in store and 4 workers.I bought some items on afterpay and I was refused a refund because I chose to use afterpay. As i was trying on the items I asked what the refund policy was and they replied 7 days refund or 30 days return". I believe the mature women behind the counter was just slake at the customer service procedure.Wouldn't recommend."

I came into this shop for the first time today ! Such a good range of products I could spend millions in there if I had it ! Amazing staff, the three girls who were working were the most friendly and helpful staff I have been greeted with at Colonnades in a while haha. They checked on me a few times and asked if I needed help when I was in the change room. They went above and beyond to call other shops to help me find a jumper I was looking for in my size ! I will definitely be shopping at Beaches apparel more !

Couldn't recommend this store more. The staff there were so welcoming and really assisted us with finding what we needed. The girl behind the counter made our toddlers day by cheering him up. Keep up the good work guys
