I have had MGM Martin manage my property for many years. I have always found them very professional when giving advice and achieving the best outcome for me and also the tenant. I currently have Sarah managing my property and am extremely satisfied with how she takes care of everything and keeps me well informed as to all the options available.I could not ask for anyone better !

Asher Roberts is a truly amazing property manager! I have to say he is the most professional and responsible property manager I’ve ever met. He is so reliable, proactive, efficient and hard working. He is always happy to pick up the phone to have a chat, talk me through the issues, work out the solutions and give me an update. He gives you the confidence that you’re in good hands and can sort any issues out super quickly. MGM Martin recently took over the management of my grandmother’s two properties in Coogee. Asher Roberts was assigned as property manager. In the short time that he has managed the properties he has worked incredibly hard. He has sorted out countless issues left behind by the last property managers and has also overseen renovations and modifications that have seen a rental uplift in both properties. People do not often have positive things to say about Real Estate agents but Asher and the MGM team have been unexpectedly phenomenal. Asher has been working weekends and late nights to make sure everything has been running smoothly for my grandmother’s properties. He’s FaceTimed me from there to show me what’s been done and never seems to stop working; I’ve had many emails sent at the early hours of the morning. I never expected to have the new property managers even come up on my radar but Asher and the MGM team have absolutely smashed it. I couldn’t recommend them enough.

He has helped me navigate renting out my property for the first time and his ongoing management has allowed me to focus on a significant lifestyle change without worry. It’s first time for us renting through MGM Martin.We were looking for rental during peak season, and all your staff was incredibly willing to find the right fit for us.Our current property manager Barbora T. is incredible. She definately made a difference compare to other agents we had previously from other companies.All paperwork and beginning of our rental period was so smooth, like we’ve never experianced before.She’s always available to answer any questions we might have, and solving issues in no time.Her attitude definatelly stands out and thx to her, we’ll stay loyal to MGM Martin in future!
