very bad experience charged me 300$ for fixing one nd car door handle nd 3 lock still didnt do properly. if u wana save ur time nd money find someone else

Owner/Manager won't listen to you or greet you properly. He doesn't care if what issues you want to explain about your car. You go for any kind of service he won't be bothered to listen to you since he will behave like he is so busy with whatever he is doing. My suggestion just avoid that area for any automotive issues since other places are same.

Very rude and unprofessional customer service. Staff speaks very badly and not listening what we are saying Jst ignoring.. never go there and recommend also. I called then before going booked time and when I reached staff saying guy is not here. Nd treated unprofessionally.

Great Service , Very warm, authentic and professional. The owner Mr.Gaurav was very helpful and considerate in these times .No matter how busy he is he is very patient and genuine. He makes time to talk on the phone even though he is extremely busy. Great honest guy !Mr. Raja the guy who worked on my car, first time months before and remembered the details of the work he did on my car. Which impressed me very much. Absolute time wasters.I had booked in a service a few days prior and on the day I was turned back. I could see the workshop had completely forgotten about my service and were completely overbooked. Customers should be shown a little more courtesy given a booking was made. Perhaps have a tracking schedule to avoid wasting people’s time.
