New fresh and clean. They lost one star as person on drive through didn't let everyone know they were busy and understaffed. Would have saved a few unhappy people.

This is how ALL service stations should be! I was totally blown away with everything inside the building. Everything from the IGA super market to the cafe. A great area to sit and enjoy a coffee with friends. The jaffels" are fantastic! And are HUGE! Everyone that works there are just so lovely and friendly. And they have great fuel prices!"

We turned up after dinner for dessert and a coffee. Amanda could not have been more helpful. Friendly staff, great service and great quality inexpensive fuel! A hidden gem!

Really great selection of food in the Cafe from salads to burgers and pies. Always fresh and tasty and the pies are massive. The tables are always clean and the staff are super friendly.

fantastic... steamed dimmys are a win... staff in cafe could be a little happier like the front counter staff who are joyful... if you don't like your job... move on. cheap as fk fuel too .

Great new servo.When I went it was raining and miserable so I didn't stay long or look around much, but what I did see was very nicely presented and clean.The staff where friendly and best of all the fuel was price much better than most servo's in Ballarat.

No LPG as its being faded out in the world. No worries, where are you hybrid car charges if you're keeping up with the times"My 1996 ford fuel and LPG still has plenty of years left in it."

Ballarats best servo .Cheap fuelGreat food and brilliant service .The night staff are fantastic and the lady who works at night goes above and beyond and is always cheerful and helpful and up for a chat .Wouldn't go anywhere else now
