Shell Chinderah Bay

This service station is such a great place to buy fuel and lunch from. The fuel is competitively priced, the staff are welcoming and the food is unbelievably good value. Their sandwiches are delicious, made daily with generous fillings.The place is light, airy and clean and has a good range of groceries, some lines you wouldn't expect to find in a service station.The place has a holiday vibe about it. People are friendly, boaties coming in to to get their supplies before heading out onto the water, tradies galore. Even if I'm not buying fuel, I go out of my way to pick up one of their sandwiches.

Only bought water but lovely staff

No 95 octane fuel. No flybuys or Linkt discounts. Sorry I went there

Friendliest little petrol station in the south!

Extremely rude staff on an early Sunday morning. Not sure what the young blonde lady with glasses name is but KAREN would be a good start. I made a mistake entering the servo with a boat boat in tow. I cut across the grass, which was wrong & I apologized for. She wouldn't let it go & continued to berate me even as I was leaving the store. Disgusting way to treat a regular customer. Actually any customer. I'll spend my hundreds of dollars a week in fuel elsewhere from now on. Horrible experience. UPDATE In response to the reply below. Paula, as I mentioned I made a mistake. I missed the poorly lit entrance in the dark & mistook the lit area as an entrance. The ground was firm. There were not even tyre tracks where I drove over. I checked this when I returned around 12pm to make sure that I hadn't inadvertently done any damage.. My issue isn't with someone mentioning that I did the wrong thing. As mentioned I immediately apologised for my mistake. It is the non acceptance of an apology & ongoing the rude treatment of a customer. It appears that you are not prepared to accept my apology either. No wonder every negative comment in relation to your business is the rudeness of the staff. It obviously comes from the very top. We can't all be perfect like you & your staff...

Would give 0 stars. Obviously manager back up his shop regardless but this is a joke. I was abused by staff because the young long haired boy couldn't count my money properly. Black haired pimply lady in the back was laughing at me and making gestures and sighing constantly as she had nothing better to do apparently but strut around upset with the world and take it out on customers. I don't want to see a response from the manager clearly denying anything that happens. This is regularly an issue here.

It's a great little service station, it has a lot of great food and everything you'll need for the road ahead, and the staff are all so friendly and happy.

Best servo in the area. Good supplies and usually have the best priced fuel this side of Qld border. Friendly staff too.

Worst customer service. Monday the 22/05 ordered 3 coffees and the young lady with the black haired pony tail did not let us know the coffee was ready and when confronted she proceeded to burn the toasted ham sandwiches we ordered. Seriously shocking service, should be dismissed on the spot.

Really impressed with the friendly service, clean restrooms, tasty food (can highly rate the pies!!), also walked out with an arm full of kiwi groceries !A terrific asset to the local community.
