Gearbox Masters

Poor communication dont expect to get a hold of anyone.. been trying to contact for weeks and they wont answer phone, mobile phone and emails.. recieved transmission which is great but took forever to get refund as i couldnt get a hold of anyone.. Apart from that really helpful and do recommend but poor comms.

Shaun at gearbox masters is a wiz with mechanics, he identified the issue with my car that everyone else had misdiagnosed and put a lot of effort into figuring out how to address it. Really honest and fair pricing too. Really glad I went here!

OMG!!!!! THE worst company I have had the displeasure to deal with. They have had a part of ours for months. It's a simple job and I have been trying to call them for weeks. Simply won't answer the phone. I don't know how these people do business or stay in business. I am sooo frustrated atm. Meanwhile I have a car in my workshop taking up much needed space and an angry customer who wants his car back. I just wanted some machine work done to a cluster gear. :( :(

Hi there,I had serious transmission trouble with my BT 50 last year(November 2021) and drove into Gearbox Masters near the end of the month. Although Sean had a mountain of work, he took my vehicle and gave me a thorough explanation as to what he was confident was wrong with it and what the best and worst case scenarios would look like. He also said he and his family team would have it back to me by Christmas.True to his word, they worked until 10 pm on the 17th of December to get my vehicle ready so that I could use it the next day for a planned family birthday.I am extremely grateful to the team at Gearbox Masters and do not hesitate to recommend their highly professional and friendly service to anyone. Seane and his team are the friendliest and most helpful people there is. Many times now Seane will discuss the situation and offer multiple ways to solve the problem. I have a now rare vehicle and parts are so hard to get, so if i left it with Seane he said it could take a while to get the correct parts, whereas I could order a reconditioned gear box from interstate already done. So he is thinking more about how much and how long for me rather than what he could make for himself. I will always get gearbox work done here.
