I can't imagine a sales person less interested in actually helping someone.Mind you at least they spoke to me .. 2 of the 5 shoe stores I visited said literally nothing.But when I told the sales person that I didn't really want to spend more than $200, he shut down and told me to try somewhere else".I'm sorry that my $200 isn't enough to inspire your staff to help me"

Very friendly and helpful staff. The fact that they have a 30 day return policy is amazing. I purchased trainers with arch support, but quickly realised they weren't right as my feet hurt terribly. The return and exchange process was brilliant.

Emily at Athletes foot Carindale was wonderful! Very attentive and went above and beyond to ensure I was looked after! Unfortunately the store didn’t have the shoe I was after, she gave me multiple options both in store and surrounding stores!

The ease of buying from this company was exceptional. The sales assistants (Hannah/Matt) were truly professional sales people who made sure i walked out with exactly what i needed. Their sales skills was supported by their high level of product knowledge. I usually dont like shopping but these people made it a plesurable experience at Athlete's Foot.
