Rimi Beauty and Threading

Today, my very first time I visit to rimi beauty at Stafford. I didn’t have any appointment with them and they were very busy but the girls were very welcoming and lovely and I was glad they were happy to do my service. I’m very happy with my eyebrow and waxing done with them. They did an amazing job, they were very professional and expert in their work.

This is my go to salon for all things waxing, it has been for the past 2 years. The lady’s do such a great job and are so lovely.Unfortunately today that was not the experience I had. I usually book my appointments online just like any other day however when attending my appointment the staff refused to do my service until showing them the clarification of my online booking. Even when showing them the clarification of my booking they still proceeded to state they can’t do my treatment today.I don’t think the staff member who did my treatment was trained, she did not hold my skin taunt while waxing or no where to position my legs to wax them. It was the most painful worst waxing experience I have ever had, I paid for a full leg wax and bikini line wax and my bikini line was not waxed nor were patches on my legs.The staff were very rude and made me feel so uncomfortable, it’s was to the point where I left in tears after my treatment.This is so sad as this is my favourite salon and I don’t go to any other. Really upsetting.

I had the worst experience with this place. Ramandeep made my appointment for 5pm. Everything was discussed over fb messages. I informed her what kind of Henna I would like to have by sending her photos. She said that it won’t be a problem. I got a call 20min before my appointment time from the girls at the salon saying that they close at 5pm and asked me to come before that. After reaching the salon, i showed the same henna photo to them straight away she said “I can’t do this”. Disappointed I told them just to do what they can as I wouldn’t get any appointment elsewhere at that time.The girls made faces at each other the entire time saying “Raman didn’t mention anything about this appointment, just messaged us 30min before, if I would have known that you wanted this design I would have said no straight away. I am not a professional henna artist”. Her comments made me so sad. But she didn’t stop there. Continuing with her complaining she said “I will not get payed for this time”. I went there for front and back hand henna. I told her not to worry about the back design and just complete the ones they have started so that we can leave early.There are so many things wrong here.My time is valuable if you can’t complete the commitment just say NO at the start.Raman not communicating with her employees is not my problem. This was a very unprofessional behaviour.Saying all those things in front of me and making me feel bad was so unprofessional. Lastly, not paying your employee for there time is illegal. Complaining to me will not do any good instead contact Fairwork.So disappointing.

I paid nearly $80 to have a therapist henna and shape my eyebrows at another business, and absolutely hated the result.The girls here threaded my eyebrows with so much patience with me flinching, and I loved the shape for only $20.I think I'll be a regular here, definitely recommend.

I’ve given this place a few tries now and all times have been disappointing. Each time I’ve had to go home and pluck stray eyebrows that were missed. I told the woman that she had missed some and she plucked a few more and missed obvious stray hairs on both sides again. The most recent time I went, I had to tell them three times that I only wanted a brow tidy up with threading. I also booked this option online, and wrote it in the book upon arrival as instructed. I shouldn’t need to tell them what I am after five times. Horrible impersonal service too. Will never go back.

I always go to this place for my eyebrows. All the girls are very experienced and nice. I highly recommend Raman for painless brows threading. I have tried so many places but never felt this comfortable anywhere else. Raman is very kind and understanding. I would highly recommend this place.

My waxing experience was wonderful, my waxer was professional, personable & funny, asking me details about my life & making me laugh through the pain (I'm just a baby, she was quick & thorough!). The salon is clean, affordable & non-judgemental, I'll be back!

I have been going to this place for a little less than a year and its been my go to. I have only had one bad experience and I went back and explained it and they have made sure they are extra carefull. I have sensitive skin and I have always struggled with finding a good place until I came across Rimi Beauty. I always absolutely like how well they shape the eyebrow. I Recommend but I must say that one should always explain if they have any skin issues or sensitivity before any services are performed. Learnt that the hard way.

The staff are so lovely! They very kindly opened their store early to fit me in today. They took good care of me and were very friendly! I got my brows shaped and my lashes lifted and tinted and I am super happy with the results.

Arsh has always done my eyebrows great. Perfect shape and colour every time and is always so friendly.
