Worst day care/early learning experience ever!Some staff member/educators are really good but very poorly managed by the senior leadership and management!Everytime I asked about anything i.e. reports, water, etc... they have an excuse ready for it. I have never ever heard that we will look into it and make it a better experience, always defensive!When I put some feedback in Story park (portal), if they don't like the feedback they delete it! I thought feedback was meant for improvements.Other goodstart centres do daily reports and this one does weekly, so you have wait for a week to get your child report and you will be disappointed to know there is nothing about your child on that report.And when you ask, why there is nothing they say we have so many kid to keep track of" and "we invest our time to look after kids rather than taking photos and writing reports". So

My son has been going to this childcare centre for over a year, he started in the nursery and is now in the toddler room.Ever since he started, we have felt more than comfortable to leave him as he is always looked after so well. The educators keep everything as routine as we do at home (sleeps, food etc) and are very responsive to his every need.The staff know what works for him so that if he does get upset, they know what he needs to calm down.He loves the food that is made - always eats a lot and the indoor and outdoor play areas are super exciting for the kids.Everything that happens in his day is communicated to us clearlyHe always asks to go to childcare even when it is not his day, so he clearly loves it as much as we do. We didn't realise that childcare could be this great. We transitioned our 1 and 3 year old early this year. My only regret is not doing it sooner. The centre is clean, full of wonderful toys and activities and the food is fresh and nutritious. The centre is well run and the director is the nicest person that you will ever meet. The staff are passionate about teaching and nurturing the children. There are lots of additional activities (visits from SAPOL, MFS, the library) as well as excursions if you consent. Some days drop offs are still hard (my kids are little after all) but educators go above and beyond to make it as easy as possible. The communication is outstanding and we love getting photos and stories about what our kids did during the week. Highly recommend.

This is the worst kindergarten I have ever seen.My son has been there for about 5 months ，Every day when I took a clean water cup and got it back, it was dirty and around of oil. Besides, the diaper was not changed in time, and the butt was often red.The child was in severe pain. I got three accident reports in ten days！！！My son has injuries on his forehead, back of his head, eyes!! We spent a day in the emergency room！！Too bad!The kindergarten manager found a lot of excuses for this, and did not express sorry, do not go, good environment what is the use? Not very responsible for the work!!

Best place to leave kids while you work and kids really enjoy the time spending there.Staff are very friendly.Thankyou so much good start

Great childcare and caring staff . The educators are passionate and patient with the kids especially the boys who are always energetic & playful .My son has developed in his speech and confidence since he joined the childcare.The institution is spacious , clean and organised.

Amazing place! They are very accomidating, easy to talk to, and lovely, large clean areas. Highly recommend.

We love the new Goodstart Clearview centre, beautiful environment and most caring Educators in each room. All make you feel welcomed and like to help in everyday possible. Since my son has done his transitions visits and had his first day recently. I am very pleased and happy I chose this centre and look forward to seeing it grow!I highly recommend this centre to anyone looking at switching or starting in a Childcare.

Beautiful, brand new, spacious and modern facilities. An outdoor nature inspired play space your kids will never want to leave. Caring, considerate staff and educators. Ticks every box and then some!
