I am so glad I found Hazuki Knife Sharpening! After years of arguing over whose turn it was to sharpen our kitchen knives (and not being very good at it), ours were blunt and awful. Nari promptly responded to my email enquiry and came to my house to collect our knives and returned them as new the next morning. He even left a beautiful knife (much nicer than ours!) for me to use in the meantime!We will definitely be using Hazuki Knife Sharpening again.

Hazuki Knife sharpening
Great service at a great price.I took in four knives that needed attention.Two brand new knives that had terribly ground edges, a thick diving knife and skinning knife. All four came back with beautiful edges. I reckon I'll take my old set of kitchen knives to Nari instead of replacing anymore.I was really happy with this service.

Nari was great to deal with. His knowledge and expertise is evident, and he made recommendations that far exceeded my expectations.The four knives he thinned and sharpened are now so sharp and effortless to use, possibly even better than they were brand new!I've taken these knives to one of the more popular Japanese knife sharpening stores in Sydney, and was extremely disappointed with their results. Don't waste your time going anywhere else - Hazuki Knife Sharpening is the place to go!

Excellent service and incredible workmanship. Setting up and appointment was very fast and easy. The pricing was also very fair. I dropped off my knives and they were done faster than expected. They are back to being as sharp as ever and the tip that was chipped on one was repaired. I'm definitely going to recommend Hazuki Knife Sharpening to all my family and friends in the area.

My knives have never been sharper. Really great customer service. Had 6 knives sharpened and all turned around in a few days. Good service and good value for money. Will definitely be going back when I need them sharpened again.

I've never sharpened my knifes before, what a mistake I've made. Wonderful service, easy accurate quotes, quick turn around, fair prices. He even fixed my kitchen knife with a broken tip without any issues and looks brand new!Don't replace your knifes, they'll be better than knew after hazuki knifes get hold of em.

Friendly service. Good explanation of process and sharpening options. Knives are so sharp! For an average home-cook like me, this is definitely worth doing once or twice a year.
