Just had our caravan in there to get some electrical work sorted anda good check over.The Staff Jeff and Mal are amazing and extremely helpful kept us informed of the progress the whole time during the work.Highly recommend them for any work. Will definitely going back again in a heart beat. Thanks guys.

Have had jobs done on both our vehicles over the past 9 years. Work & after sale service as been exceptional by Jeff & team. Had our Ute back last week for latch adjustment on canopy back door which was fitted 4 years ago, Great to catch up again.

Disappointing service. Didn’t book my appointment as advised over phone. Arrived on day with car and they said couldn’t do it anyway as boss was at a funeral. Phil said that I should have called back to leave a deposit and confirm, it wasn’t up to them- Phil had advised over phone he would call on Monday to get the deposit. Very rude about me being there. No offer to rectify or help. Understand that things happen and could be a busy period but there was no effort to provide any customer satisfaction at all.

Needed a tow bar fitted to our ML320 and was told that motogear was a good option. Understatement of the year.A simple phone call started the ball rolling. Parts ordered, that I was told very difficult to get, right there and then while still on the phone. That was the start of my journey.Many write about great service and great product all of which is true here but with the time they spent with me to explain the process, I'm going to write impressive then add honest, true to their word and fantastic workmanship. I would trust them to do any work on my car in a heartbeat. There knowledge is second to none and there attitude is one that many other businesses try to have achieve but sadly miss, many in a big way. Extra time to do a difficult job was not passed on to me and any followup work, if needed, covered.Thank you Motogear Toowoomba you have restored to me what was an exhaustive search for a true service at the top of there game.

Absolute legend! Had an issue with my canopy handle, we went back to Holden and they told us it would be a 2 months to order in a complete new handle set up. Went out to show Jeff at Motogear, he took the handle apart, repaired it, put it all back in within 4 minutes. Fantastic service, five stars.
