I travelled from the Central coast to this salon for a colour correction. I have to say i had little expectation as i know these things do take time. Danielle was absolutely amazing and got my colour back completely to how it should be, helped with scalp care for me, perfect cut and blow dry. It was absolutely worth the trip and i will be back again.

So I was a regular of this salon,( I would go every week for a wash) and when the restrictions lifted I went in my appointment was @ 1 only to be rang the same day to say come in later but I was already on my way and left work to come in. I had my hair coloured which they left in 30 more after the bell with off. And I asked for 1 colour in extensions and they put 3 different colours. After I was told by an insider that the extensions where not ordered for me. As I requested 2 weeks before they just put in what they had. I was there at 1:30 and left at 6:30 that day!!!!! They had more than 5 people in the store so the restrictions where not aheard too. Not to mention that I was charged $1890 for the total.. and I didn’t need all the extensions but they made me pay for a packet that the used only 3 sandwiches from. I felt so ripped off..these girls are only wanting to take ur money don’t care about the customers at all. I even supported the salon through the lockdown by buying essential needs from them. And I was treated so badly. But then I took my mum there she too was overcharged for a bob hair hair, having foils and base colour then a cut. Took 4.5 hours??? And charged $280 again ripped off. So if you want to be ripped off. Go to this place. Other wise there are hairdressers in the city and double bay that charge less and are shocked to hear my experience at this place and they are cheaper……. So stay away from here. I’m mot shocked that this place as a lot of bad reviews…

I have been going to this hair salon for many years. Even though they are pricier than most places, their service is unmatched.Sometimes I go to other salons to save money but I always come back here because they always do everything perfectly. Plus, the salon is beautifully decorated and so luxurious, the experience makes me feel like a princess.Samson and Delilah Hair only use and sell the best of products and I am never let down.I like to get my keratin treatment by a lovely young lady named Danielle. She always explains to me the type of treatment, products and methods very well and she only recommends me products that she thinks would be suitable for me. She doesn't rush cutting and treating my hair and I hope that she will get a raise from her excellent efforts.I love the lady that does my eye brows, she always takes care of me, especially because I don't know what style would be suitable for me.I also love that they serve me tea whilst I am doing a long treatment.Like all the staff, the owner of the salon is also very kind and helpful. Tnis salon has a lovely, positive atmosphere and is unquestionably the best salon. I recommend this salon to everyone.

Nice ambience and good parking. I got a hair cut and blow dry ($90) - cut was fine, however the blow dry was terrible. I asked three times if it could be blow dried straight and 'in' around my face to frame it. She tried twice then said with my hair it was not possible. I have regular hair and always get this blow dry finish so i didn't appreciate that response.Not worth $90 at all and I left disappointed. Chairs are uncomfortable if you are tall. Very low back.

Went here about a year ago and abit to get my hair braided for a certain occasion. My friend who attended the salon earlier last year had been quoted two braids around the top of the head/crown area to be roughly $20 to $30 dollars however when I attended the salon I got charged a total of $75 dollars for two very simple braids. I come here to post this review as I have recently been to another salon to get my hair braided and got charged an appropriate amount for the same braids. Samson & Delilah is definitely overpriced, to top that, the service wasn’t delivered on time that the appointment was booked in for, roughly 10 minutes late.****disgusting apology, it’s a joke***

I’ve been coming to the salon with my mother ever since I was five. I can absolutely say that the salon is so beautiful and welcoming. The owner is an absolutely beautiful person inside and out with a warm heart. My hair always comes out stunning and healthy with the help of her staff. I will and always will come back and recommend the salon to anyone looking to get there hair done in any way.

Have been coming to Eva and her lovely staff for a few years now and I'm never disappointed. She listens to what I want or what my concerns are and always delivers what we've discussed. Usually get foils done, with the usual cut and blow dry. Her foils technique and colour skills are amazing. You won't be disappointed

I’ve been to this place few months ago, I had charcoal treatment and I’ve paid $400 for nothing!The manager of the place wasn’t happy to offer me a refund or any other type of compensation just a second session which was as bad as the first one!I’ve accepted it as there was no other choice! Take it or leave it! I wanted to give it a second try but unfortunately without any improvement.No body will be happy to waste $400 for nothing!I’ve been to another place and I got the best results.It’s just a waste of money and time.I don’t recommend this place.
