Everyone is helpful and enjoyable to work with, great pay on weekends and nights, plus you may see the end of a show if you’re packing down. Only problem is potentially a lack of free parking, a tea room and possibly getting rained on or burning outside if you work in the day. Like all labour jobs you will also be sore so you may have to limit yourself from accepting more shifts. Otherwise very enjoyable!

As a contractor, working casually it's hit or miss with what agency you end up with. But with Omni Recruitment I must say I definitely hit the jackpot. The induction process was simple and seamless and the Omni team have been an absolute pleasure to work with. I've been getting lots of well paid casual shifts with virtually no major issues to speak.
