what great shopping experience bought a new robot vacuum and went back to get Dyson that we thought was broken no just had filter we did know about. my husband I would thoroughly recommend this Godfrey's store at Northlakes to all our family and friends the team where very professional and helpful to a tee. Also said Robo vac was on sale so winning. if I could give 10 stars I would. coming from a service industry we love great service.

I had a wonderful experience buying my new mop at North Lakes Godfrey’s. The service was awesome. Lucas & Rachael could answer all my questions and more they really helped me make the right decision. Very positive and happy fun service definitely best store at North Lakes. Thank you for a great experience

I attended Godfrey’s friday the 26th roughly 1pm maybe just after 1pm, i was there to pick up something for my job and unfortunately I was bitten by a dog before I’d gotten there. The two men on shift were so amazing and got me some first aid and let me sit and cry for abit because the shock had just set in. They were super understanding and comforting I appreciate it so much!! Thank you thank you thank you

Excellent service from Lucas. Went in thinking I needed a new battery as the cordless machine would only last 5 seconds. Lucas suggested it could be the filter. It was. Glad to find out I didn't need to spend $110.

The service provided at Godfrey’s Northlakes was excellent. We spoke to very knowledgeable staff over the phone and in store. They had excellent product knowledge and gave a thorough demonstration of use, and showed us the cleaner’s features. We definitely recommend this friendly team’s store to shoppers looking for advice and good service.
