Great service with Mon there last week, was able to help with price and delivery if last weeks service was anything to go off I’m sure delivery & assembly will be great to, couch was also eta two weeks away was updated and only needed to wait the week waiting on delivery for today thanks for all the help & great service.

A salesman greeted us as we walked in which was pleasant, then he was like a dog with a bone and did not leave us alone. We liked a set of couches and then said I have put that in the cart for you which quickly turned us off. It felt like he was pushing us to buy the couches and we really felt uncomfortable so we left empty handed.

Everything went well until I unwrapped my purchase of a Hadley Buffet. One door attached by only one hinge, another door hinges not attached at all, third door uneven. Rang immediately to complain and they requested photos be sent in an email. Next step 48 hours before a reply. Not happy.

I bought the Fillmore table - lots of issues( note I have put together numerous pieces of furniture). Instructions are not easy to follow - it does not take 20 mins and all the nails/ steel bits to hold the table together popped out the top of table and when I rang and told the lady about she was very helpful and calm.I sent all the photos and details and got back a - nothing is wrong with table but is the fault of putting it together. Totally disagree and I am going to dump this outside the furniture shop warehouse . So disappointed as I really do like the furniture.I have a l- shaped couch and a few other pieces from another Amart Store and had every intention of going back but alas not again.

The professionalism and personal touch these two wonderful humans have given, is refreshing. Great customer service and great sales, I got everything I needed on a limited budget all in great packages, I got a queen size bed with bed side tables and dressing table for $1499Great quality very heavy and stable bed and mirror, also was able to purchase everything for my sons bedroom as well, including a single study bunk bed, with mattress and mattress protector, also a chest of drawers and a wardrobe! Thank you Amart I really couldn't have done with out you guys as I was given a certain amount in Amart vouchers and only a certain amount I was so shocked I was able to purchase everything with $2800, The boss also was able to reduce some prices and give discount to make it all possible so Thank you so much guy's

I walked in to the store waiting for someone to maybe come and ask if I wanted help but no. 24/04/2023.They stood behind the counter just talking not a good way to run a business. So I walked out. Went to another store that was helpful and made my purchase.
