If I could give 0 I would. Stylist was rude, angry and rough. Yanking my hair, pushing my head this way and that. Was judgemental, rude and argumentative. Would not listen to what i wanted, shushed me, waved away my reference photo. Stylist didn't talk to me at all during haircut. Lost 7 months worth of growth. The stylist seemed annoyed i had walked into the empty shop and made her do her job, she would get more annoyed and rude every time i tried to talk to her about what i was after. Gave me the worst haircut I think I've ever gotten as quickly and roughly as possible to throw me out the door again. I look completely ridiculous and I don't even think there's a way to fix it unless i maybe cut the top that she left and undo even more growth. I will never go here again.

Barbershop Express aren't the cheapest but they certainly provide a quality cut and care for their customers. You can make a booking or simply walk in if it's more convenient for you. I'll certainly be back again for a tidy up on top!

I've only been once, but the lady who looked after me (Jayde?) was absolutely amazing. I gave her a very poor description of what I thought I wanted, and she was able to interpret and make recommendations, while being totally patient and respectful. Will definitely be back!

Did not enjoy my experience here, the hair dresser was very messy splashed hair dye everywhere all over the cape, floor, and my phone, my cape had to be changed. When washing my hair she filled my ears with water, felt like she was scrubbing my scalp off with her long nails and conditioning my hair was not a relaxing massage just so rushed then when I got back to my chair she squeezed out the excess water from my hair all over the floor laughed and got someone else to clean it up. Combing my hair felt like she was combing my scalp. Not to mention she had cut 4 other clients hair in the time I was there. My experience felt very rushed, messy and very unpleasant will not be going back here.

I was told on the phone to come in an hour, came in and then was told could fit me in in another 45 minutesIn the end she cut way too much hair off, if you tell someone you're not going to cut much off, don't, especially when they already have short hair ...

Absolutely amazing in every way.Staff go out of their way. Professional and caring service. Would definitely recommend. Especially Ashley.

I think Jayde did my hair? She has short blonde hair, had lots of the staff coming to her for help? Anyways she did amazing on my hair, I’ve never had so many compliments from people when I posted it on social media- I’ve recommended everyone to this salon. She even kept making sure I was okay and kept checking in (I’m heavily pregnant) very happy customer thank you so much

This morning I was waiting outside the salon for 20 minutes for them to open with 4 people infront of me... I was then told all 4 people were getting foils and to return at 10am when someone would be free to give me a quick trim... when I returned at 9:35am I was then told the wait was now till 12pm and that two women had put their name down to wait... Not only was I not given the option to wait no one offered to put my name down for what I believed to be a no booking required service.... Very poor service and a waste of my time...
