Sci-Fleet Toyota

Our car developed a fault where it would not shift into park, leaving us in a bit of a pickle. Sci-fleet was the only Toyota dealer in the area who could get our Corolla looked same day, every one else was after Xmas. They were fully booked but they said they would make it work.They got us fixed in about 10 minutes and on the road again.

Come here twice for service. The crew are friendly however not very happy with the service.First time car was return it was left with an ABS warning (not there before) but was told it was minor, not to worry as it resolves it self when the car starts. It has been with me since but so far no issues with the drive so I have ignored it. That was 2021.The second time there was a delay in getting the car ready for pick up. Unfortunately I didn’t get any prior notice for the potential delay and had to pop into the office twice.

One of the best customer services I’ve ever received. Sam is an awesome sales person and I would totally encourage you to book an appointment with him. Very honest and knows a lot about Toyota and the inclusions in each model we were interested. Thanks for your excellent work Sam.

My car decided to not go into park mode (automatic transmission). Rang a few dealers and mechanics but, fair enough, everyone was booked solid. Problem was, the car was running and less than 100km fuel in the tank, and can’t turn it off if not in park. Sci-Fleet said come on over and we’ll try help even though we are fully booked. Even if they had a magic trick to the turn the car off while in neutral, I would have been happy to leave it there. Anyway, David took the cover off the shifter and stuck his finger in. It loosened up and went into park. In less than 10 minutes, David reduced my gigantic stress pile. I’m extremely grateful he just tried it and it was an “easy fix” - we didn’t think of it. Thanks for taking us in when we were desperate to avoid an emergency and killing my car.

I have been bringing my car for a service at this Center for years and years. My quote for the service was $390 and jumped above $800 when I replaced the wipers and brakes pads. I though there is something wrong. I reviewed the invoice and found out that the labour charge is more than double the cost of the parts and being charged like four or five times in a single invoice. It seems taking the vehicle to a good service centre other than Toyota next time is a big saving!!!!

I have had my Hilux serviced here 3 times in the last 12months. Twice was normal servicing, once was a DPF replacement done via the warranty program. Every-time I have had my car in here, I have always had it returned with an issue. I have contacted the service manager Marc, every time via email and calls, only to be paid off and my issue not be resolved.Most recently I have found several of my bolts missing from my under belly protection meaning it was hanging down quite low, and was being held onto the vehicle by one loose bolt. Vehicle has been used for commuting, not 4wding.Previous issues have been services not being carried out correctly, items not being down, eg Handbrake not tightened. Used Filters being left in the passenger seat, fluids not being replaced as per the servicing schedule.Photos show all the new bolts I've had to install.Go else where if you want to be looked after by the mechanics and the service manager

Placed an order for a Rav4 Hybrid in March 2022. (Yes, March 2022) Was assured, that the maximum wait time was 12 months. We're now in April 2023,and I've been told it's going to be another 12 month wait. IJust leaving a Google review because their Facebook page encouraged customers to provide reviews. Thanks

Rang up to purchase a vehicle as this is my local dealership. Salesperson who took the call couldn't have been less interested. Bought the car from a different dealership the same day.

Me and my partner are very disappointed! We have tried to do our financing and purchase a car twice now from them since last year. It was no success and they tried to blame it on us that we don’t qualify for the financing. We tried a third time and no one actually replied to our messages or returned any of our calls. Service was mediocre, not very friendly!We finally decided last month that maybe we should give a different Toyota shop a chance (we really wanted a Toyota hybrid). They were lovely, remarkable service, organised our financing in 2 days and we picked up our car in 1 WEEK!I was getting extremely desperate as I needed a car to get to work, and for months continually ‘trying’ they couldn’t help us!

I had an excellent experience with the purchase of my new Toyota Prado GXL with Brad Scheiwe. He was brilliant throughout the entire process, keeping me updated at every step and managing to deliver the car in under three months. Given I was told by multiple other dealers that I wouldn't expect delivery until next year, this was outstanding service. I couldn't recommend Brad more highly! Thanks again
