Build A Bear - Lollipops Playland and Café Bundoora

Great place for kids and delicious coffee

Attended the play centre with my 2 boys and was very disappointed. The staff were not friendly and when ordering the food asked whether there was any more croissants, to which they advised there was none, however an hour later the fridge was filled with more croissants.When I ordered the two combo meals (chips & nuggets) some of the chips were over cooked and some were undercooked and the kids were unable to eat most of the chips. The nuggets and chips were not very nice. I told the staff member about the chips who disregarded and ignored this feedback. Unfortunately nothing was done about this and there was no apology. My boys were hungry despite ordering them lunch.The food was left on the table the whole time, to which I had to bring the plates and empty drinks for over 2 hours to the counter for them to be collected off the table.Also from a safety perspective the emergency door was wide open which could have resulted into the kids possibly running out.

This place was a really long wait when no one was there it was really quite and when I was able to build a build a bear they had really no skins when I emailed them before going there asking if they had lots of choices with skins they said yes I got there and there where only around 8 skins and they charged me extra money than what it was worth wasn’t a great experience.
