Hi Guys, we would like to thank Hilary for her exemplary assistance during the selection and buying process. We are very happy with our new Bed and base. A small problem arose with a massage motor in the base which was resolved very quickly thanks to Jason from Slumbercorp who was very helpful and solved the problem quickly on site. Thanks guys.

Shopped around at other shops and came straight back here. The sales person Hillary was unlike any other and was extremely happy to show us around and got a great mattress!

Worst mattress ever spend 4K! Just over a year ago now we’ve had problems with it since day one. Every day we wake up aching or sore it’s an actual joke I would never ever recommend a mattress from this company. I spend 4 grand 4K!!!! And I’ve never been so uncomfortable in my life. I never right reviews but I am sick of waking up sore and being so uncomfortable.I have spend hundreds dollars on mattress toppers to try and help.It’s sinking in the middle they told me it’s probably my bed frame.lol.DO NOT BUY A MATTRESS FROM THEM.1 start is a stretch wouldn’t even give that if I could.

Very basic, not great value for what I was looking for, almost always has no customers

My partner and I have purchased a bedframe and mattress from here. Excellent service both times, even with the new team member Josh. Even though the bedframe and mattress needed to come from their warehouse, the wait time was only 2-3 days. Will definitely purchase from you guys again for our bed needs.Keep up the great work

Fake reviews much? Go read some of these recent 5 star ratings and the locations. Apparently they are incredibly well travelled to the most random places around the world.Filtering out your negative reviews shows the competence and professionalism of this store. Rude customer service with the only goal in mind is to make any sale. Your money is better off spent elsewhere and not given to this mob.The slightest questioning or advice seeking was meet with disgust and facial expressions that would make anyone furious.I would give 0 stars if it were possible.Shame on Forty Winks Mandurah for buying positive 5 star reviews to try make themselves look better than they are.

We purchased a King size SP Bellagio King size mattress from this store.We had already decided on a mattress from Harvey Normans , but the sales lady pulled our choice to pieces advising this was the mattress for us.It was not: we struggle to make the bed, even with two people.The mattress is so heavy it cannot be lifted!!!I contacted the store immediately as I was concerned at their policy about rotating, as this was not possible with just two people.I have continuous black bruises over hands due to changing bed sheets!!They say the weight of a mattress is not covered in warranty.Do not make the same mistake as us,Double check information given by sales staff.I now see the Harvey Norman sales staff were selling us the correct mattress for our bed.
