If I could I would give 6 stars.We pulled an old Blu Ray player from storage to set up with a smart TV, we were prepared to buy peripherals if advised to do so.Nothing complex or expensive was needed, we didn't quite expect to find such integrity, but we did.Thanks Nathan.To be fair, they are all tech savvy and utterly professional. This is our experience over time.

Bing Lee Bowral sold a laptop to my elderly Mum. They sent Kyle to set it up for her. He was very helpful, transferred files from her 20yr old PC, set up Bank website access, enabled her old printer ... Mum real pleased ... recommend Kyle to anyone in Bowral and surrounds.

My wife and I were very impressed with the manner in which Murray helped us. We were looking at ovens, washing machines and fridges and he patiently answered all our questions and gave us plenty of other things to consider to help us decide what we really needed, and showed us a range of options. He clearly had many years experience and had kept up to date with the latest options.An altogether pleasant experience, rather than the usual rushed, pushy approach we’ve experienced at other retailers in the past.Thanks Murray.
