Mciver Motor Trimmers, fixed the driver side seat belt problem for months, In our 2004 Ford Territory. I've been looking around for a seat belt repairer for months. And gladly we found Mciver Motor Trimmers fixed the seat belt in less than an hour. By the time we went to maccas for a latte and back, it was done for a reasonable price. Highly recommended seat belt repairer.

Mciver Motor Trimmers provided me with excellent customer service, they were quick, professional and offered good communication. Roger was able to replace my seatbelts and I am extremely happy with the outcome. I will definitely come back and recommend to others.

Good fast service but I feel overpriced at $350 for one seat belt

Google reviews looked great! Wow! That's brilliant! I Needed some seat belts fitted to my classic car. Roger was very helpful on the phone. He stated he was VERY busy, and he couldn't do anything for a few weeks. No problem. Being in business these days, has more than enough challenges. I understood that. I phoned back about 2 or 3 weeks later, and arranged a time to have a fitment. He had to order them in. That was fine. He mentioned on both occasions, that it was a quick and easy, straightforward job. .... It was at about at this point, I discovered, this bloke had ZERO communication skills. .... Promising to send me a pic of colours available, after I sent him several pics of my interior, along with another text to remind him, that he had forgotten. ... I got nothing! ..... I then rang him to confirm our pre arranged appointment he had made, as I had still heard NOTHING from him. No return call, once again. I then phoned again, a few hours later, thinking, maybe he was just busy..... I never, ever heard from him again! .... SO! .. I ordered my own bloody seat belts, from HIS supplier, who, by the way, was absolutely awesome to deal with. And fitted my own bloody seat belts, for half the price! .... Thanks again Roger, for absolutely nothing!

I had a frayed driver's side seat belt on my 2000 model Nissan Pulsar sedan and was looking to get it replaced. Another repairer wanted $460 for a replacement seat belt, so I rang around and to my surprise, I was quoted half the price at McIver Motor Trimmers.I was greeted by Roger who is pleasant and very professional. The job was quoted at $230, and was done in the time it took me to walk to Para Hills McDonald's for a coffee and back! Roger did a fantastic job - the new seat belt looks nice and retracts perfectly. One very happy customer!
