AVOID THIS DRY CLEANER:I had a deeply unsatisfactory experience with this dry cleaning place and its staff. I took a sofa cover here to be cleaned following a beer spillage. It is fair to say the stain was a routine one. I dropped the cover off at the cleaners, asked if they could clean the garment (No problem!")

Dropped my clothing off on a Sunday. They require a phone number in order to get things dry cleaned. My Australian phone was broken at the time, so I offered my US number. Their system wasn't compatible with anything other than Aussie numbers (not sure how they ever expect to cater to business travelers), so I offered my email address. They also wouldn't take that because I guess we're living in the stone age. The woman told me not to worry she would just put in a dummy phone number and told me to come back the following day at 5. I arrived at 530 to be safe. The employee who greeted me was baffled that I didn't have a phone number and told me she couldnt locate my stuff. After describing what I had AND showing my receipt, she told me it probably was still being delivered" and would "probably" be ready by 6pm. I was unable to come back at 6 and I'm traveling for work the following 2 days (a work trip I needed these dry cleaned items for) and she told me it was ok then I could come back on Thursday. AS IF it was my fault. Baffling. Never using again - horrible customer experience."

Friendly, helpful staff who offer a great service. My washing went in filthy and came out smelling great, spotless and folded.

I took a jacket in for dry cleaning this morning. I asked for a quote and was given a written quote for $15 (see photo). A couple of hours later, I received a call to say that the quote was wrong and it would actually cost $28. I was asked if I'd like to go ahead and said no because it was almost double the amount quoted. The jacket won't be available for pickup (not dry cleaned) till around midday tomorrow, which means that I've lost a day to get it dry cleaned. Clearly this is very disappointing service. If I was the business owner, I'd honour the quote provided.

The most awful experience.I dropped off my $1000 ball gown for dry cleaning before an event.It was returned to me with the weight of the rather heavy dress, hanging of two tiny safety pins they had pushed through the delicate material at the top of my dress!!!Obviously my dress has been destroyed where the safety pins have torn through the delicate material.What were they thinking using SAFTEY PINS instead of a COAT HANGER on a heavy dress.Absolutely heartbroken as this dress had a lot of sentimental value and it has been ruined.

They fold and dry my sheets and towels for bnb so no creases making beds. They even lift heavy bags in and out of car for me. Great staff very friendly.

Highly Recommend- fantastic service and super reliable. I actually organised laundry service remotely - first time have used H2O. The customer service was exceptional it was super easy to do and they washed, folded, delivered the washing better than promised. Will definitely continue to use their services and definitely recommend this business to anyone else looking for laundry services.

Can only recommend! Came in to get my smelly wetsuit and a jacket washed, asked them if they would be able to finish it same day as I was flying out the next day. They washed it and sent me a message when it was done. Super friendly staff too!

This place is nothing less than an utter disgrace. I dropped my suit off and recieved it back with 2 holes in - 1 in the pants, 1 in the jacket. They tried to claim that my suit had weakness in those areas. BS. Or that on the way to the dry cleaning service there was some kind of fabric eating bug inside of suit protective carry case. BS.No compensation offered for my 2k suit that I've worn a maximum of 5 times. Extremely disappointing.If you ever unfortunate enough to use this place, be sure to take photos of your property before handing it over just in case the bugs" eat your clothes!"
