Granville Family Butcher

Very bad customer service and expensive price compared to other halal butchers. The young guy at the counter was extremely rude and has lack of basic customer service skills and has no manners, he got angry and aggressive when I just asked him why his price is high, I didn't buy from him because of his attitude and ofcourse I won't come again , the shop was empty and no customers were there and I believe it is because of his bad attitude and bad customer service....Wake up dude, you are in Australia not in any other place... This butcher shop is not recommended at all, avoid going there if you are worried about your dignity.

Best meats in Sydney..quality is amazing and service is unbelievable.soon as I wakes in they made me feel so welcomed thanks guys 100 percent I’ll be back and highly recommended

I went yesterday there buy lamb backstrap and the guy at the counter brought a bag with the meat abs told me that this is best meat for Shish kabab. He sold them to $30 per kilogram. I even ask for the lamb backstrap but he said no this is the best and already cut to good sizes.I brought the meat home and found out that meat is full of fat and they are all cut in different sizes and shapes and the meat didn’t look good at all. Very disappointed in the month of Ramadan that someone can lie for few dollars.I will contact the fair trading and the food and price monitoring department and lodge complaint agains this shop.I have taken photo of the meat.

The guy that served me was super friendly from the second I walked in and there was a fee people inside already. I was served straight away and the meats were great quality!
