CMK34Q black Toyota Camry ownerGot my tires and alignment done here and was completely bald within 2 months when I went back the manager basically told me to get lost and was very aggressive and rude, I felt hopeless and didn’t know what to do, pls don’t go here if you don’t want to get ripped off and pay for old expired tires

On the first day back at work after New Years Day I found my 4WD in the car park suffering a flat tyre. A short detour to a servo to pump in enough air to make it to Bridgestone on Silverwater Rd. They helped me by fixing my tyre (screw embedded) at zero notice. The manager and his team are pleasant efficient. Well done thank you. This is how a services business should be.

Raj from the Silverwater centre was very helpful on the phone and when I got there. I needed all 4 tyres replaced as they were nearing end of life plus I had gotten a terrible flat tyre earlier that morning that couldn't be fixed so I needed that changed as well. The whole team did a great job and even replaced the cable ties on my wheelcaps (as they were the cheap kind that come off easily) without me even asking. I dropped off the car in the morning and was able to pick it up a few hours later. Thank you team! I will definitely come here again.

Very professional, booked online for Buy 4 Get 1 Free on Turanza Serenity Plus, arrived 9:30am, pick up at 10:30am. What a service! Just that this tyre is made in Thailand (my RE050/RE080 is MIJ) LOL!

I can't believe 3.8stars for bridgestone silverwater. Personally, I felt very special service in here. Normally, workers who work in motor service business are tough and unkind for customers. From first visiting here I felt this place try to do their best caring customers and professional services. Also, I am sure they charge lowest prices for service. I already forgot all of other car service shops since I have visiting here. I really want to put 10 stars for them!!

I called Bridgestone Service Centre Silverwater about funny noise made by one of my car tyres. Josh sent Victoria to my home to check my car for me and later on even organised Luke Mobile Mechanic to fix the issue. I am very happy with the service. I have booked to change four of my car tyres and i informed them that i lost the wheel lock key.after I dropped my car there, they call me after one hour that they can not open the wheel lock nut because they don't have tools for it then I took my car to an old man tyre shop near my place he took them off by a very BASIC TOOL in just afew seconds and I bought same tyre from him even cheaper. I wonder the big shop with big brand with alot of advanced machine and tools couldnt do it. They just wasted my time.

Selling Bridgestone tyres for top dollar and only lasting 3 months, they did wheel alignment aswel and after 3 months they said they haven’t opened a charitable organisation they are using expired tyres

The staff were great no problems.The Supercat PSR tyres are ok in the dry but in the wet they understeer around corners & will spin whenever you take off. The turanzers are probably the best.
